Meet the carers - come to a carers meeting near you!

We hold informal carers' gatherings across the Vale every week. We hold gatherings across the Region and would welcome ideas on suitable venues. Typically this will be a cafe, public house, hall or meeting room where you can enjoy a coffee, breakfast or even lunch on us! 

Gatherings are held monthly across the Vale and we are keen to extend them.

Venues will vary, to find out where and what time we plan to meet and book your place, please make sure that we have your current mobile number and email. 

We also hold informal drop in sessions at our Fairwater office every Friday morning between 10 and 12.00 - call Karen on 029 2056 5917 for details

These events have limited spaces and are very popular so please book early -don't worry if you miss out, we will invite you to another!

Until the Covid 19 restrictions are removed and to ensure your safety we are limiting activities to a small selection of outdoor activities or those activities that can be safely carried out under cover.

We are also holding a coffee morning on zoom every Thursday at 11.00.
