The titles are
Be Heard - a Self Advocacy Toolkit for carers
they can be found on the Carers UK website along with much more information. Some may not be relevant to learning disabilities but all carers should find the information interesting
Don't forget, the Parents Federation has more information on carers on its Where You Stand website and we have regular meetings where you can meet other carers and share tips and your experiences.
