Join us at one of the following events and meet other carers that understand and relate to you over cake and coffee, breakfast or lunch. There is no charge - you have earned it!
Places are limited so offered on a first come basis but anyone missing out first time around will be assured an invite to a subsequent event. We hold gatherings weekly across Cardiff and the Vale and if we have your details will send you a text when a gathering is being held near you!

Tuesday 12th June Coffee Morning in Grangetown (Butetown Community Centre) 10.30-11.30 (with the Mentor Ring)
Wednesday 13th June Breakfast in Barry (Wetherspoons in Broad Street) 09.30 -11.30
Thursday 14th June Lunch in the Bay (Wetherspoons Cardiff Bay) 12.00-2.00pm
Friday 15th June Drop in - coffee & chat (Fairwater Sbectrwm Centre-our office) 10.00-2.00pm
Saturday 16th June Touch trust open session (Millennium Centre Cardiff Bay) 2.00pm - 4.00pm
Monday 18th June Breakfast in Miss Tilleys (Rhiwbina) 09.30-11.30

We also hold regular gatherings at pedalpower where you can try out a range of adaptive bicycles- there's one that will suit you!
